Principle components analysis (PCA) group layer shows areas of different seafloor features in a three band (RGB) image. The PCA used 8 metrics (Depth mean, depth standard deviation, curvature, plan curvature, profile curvature, rugosity, slope, slope of slope) derived from the bathymetry.
